One of Pastor Ray's closest friends, Pastor Dino Lasala & his wife Jeanne are the founders and lead pastors of Revolution Church in Troy, MI.  Pastor Ray leads a LIVE FB Video prayergroup on Wednesday mornings for 7-minutes.  There are others who lead prayer on other days of the week, and P-Ray leads an extended 30-minute prayer time on Saturdays (see more info below).  

Bro Ray is blessed to collaborate with Pastor Dino & other leaders @ Revolution, and honored to serve as one of the overseer's for this wonderful church body.  FYI: This is the community where Ray grew up all of his life prior to relocating to Texas to study for the ministry in the late 80's!  Pastor Dino & Pastor Ray are great friends, who have been praying & preaching together for over 25 years.

Each Wednesday, Pastor Ray conducts a chapel for Embassy Academy, where he has served as Chaplain, Principal, Administrator, Teacher, Counselor, and Armed Security Guard.  We often have the Youth band play worship songs/ sing solos, and have students read scriptures and pray for one another.   

The key to reaching this generation for Christ is making it practical & real to them.  They are learning that they too are called to make a difference for God right now as well. We end every chapel by teaching the students how to pray for one another.

DESCRIPTION:  Weekly 60-min In-Person and Zoom Meeting for the Purpose of Encouraging, Challenging, Sharpening & Mentoring Teen Boys to ascend into the call from God to be strong, humble servant leaders for Christ. We use the Bible as the focus of our discussion & interaction.  Pastor Ray will call upon those who are attending & also refer to those who are part of our group who may be absent due to time-zones or schedule conflicts.  Every session starts & ends with prayer, trusting God to empower us as a group to see & hear from Him how to be doer’s (not hearer's only) of the lesson.  Pastor Ray is quick to tell the teens that he is called to supplement the strong, godly males the Lord has already placed in their lives. Everything he is teaching is to come alongside their own father, grandfather, uncle, pastor, youth pastor, priest, and other godly mentor figures. Fathers/father figures are encouraged to join the Zoom meeting & our discussion with their son(s), and to continue the conversation which these lessons are designed to inspire.

HISTORY:  This class initially began locally in 2020 at Embassy Academy located in Porter, TX, for the teen boys enrolled at our K-12 private Christian Academy.  In 2022, we expanded our offering to those who have relocated away from the academy, who are still connected with us, and for new teens who may not be able to attend in person, but who have a desire to be in a positive, godly atmosphere which challenges each young man to be all he has been called to in Christ.

ABOUT PASTOR RAY:  Pastor Ray is married to Tiffany.  The Lacelle’s have (3) teenage daughters who are active in music ministry and have grown up as PK (pastor’s kids) helping their parents serve others.  Ray helped launch and has served as the principal & administrator at Embassy Academy since its inception in 2015.  He is the founder/president of Ambassadors to the Nations, which he started in 1995.  Ray has served as youth minister, executive pastor, itinerate guest speaker in churches, and has served through in the capacity of several other areas in ministry.  The Lacelle’s “have a passion to help families grow strong in their walk with the Lord”.  The absence of Pastor Ray’s father in his home, following his parents’ divorce when Ray was in the 3rd grade, gives him a 1st-hand knowledge of the many struggles we as adults can help our teen boys avoid through proper guidance and prayer.

Originally written & designed to help attendees strengthen their competitve advantage in the workforce / business world, this seminar has been updated to directly address the numerous ways COVID has changed the landscape the way many live & work.  The BFFWD workshop will assist the participant to stand-out in a positive way, and to EXCEL in these seemingly uncertain times as the world is still reeling & recovering from the COVID fallout.

Bro Ray is available to minister in a midweek service, conduct a Saturday workshop & Sunday morning service combination, or Sunday service alone.  The BFFWD seminar conducted on a Saturday can culminate into an evangelistic message on Sunday morning with several of the messages noted below.
