A ministry that touches multiple generations... Ray started his studies for the ministry in 1988. He was licensed as a minister in 1993 and ordained in 1995, the same year he founded Ambassadors to the Nations, Inc as a tax-exempt, Texas based ministry. Ray and Tiffany met in a Dallas Starbuck's while Tiffany had already earned her BS at Sam Houston & was finishing her 2nd year @ Christ For the Nations (CFNI), where she also served as a staff member. Ray was on staff for a major ministry based in Fort Worth. Each thought they'd meet their future mate at some church related event, but turns out good things come to us when we are simply living for God & trusting Him wherever we go. They were married in June 2003, and have (3) teen daughters, all gifted in Music. All three of their girls are part of a Christian band they started with their cousins and friends, along with serving on worship teams for youth & young adult groups. The Lacelle family's ministry is called to strengthen other families with God's Word through Education, Music, Preaching, Teaching, Workshops & the Media.
In 2015, Ray and his family founded Embassy Academy, originally a Home School Hub, which has now become a private, K-12 Christian academy offering Dual Credit courses for High School students, located in Porter, TX. Since its inception, Bro Ray has served as the pastor, principal, and administrator for the academy, all the while not receiving any compensation for his role and services.
Your partnership with Ray Lacelle Ministries, Inc, (aka Ambassadors to the Nations), allows pastor Ray and Tiffany to serve the Body of Christ in their local community and through every outreach they have developed, with the ultimate goal of making disciples which will bare fruit for generations to come!
Ray's Mini Bio... Ray grew up in Michigan, 30 miles north of Detroit. He was raised in a Roman Catholic home, where he learned to respect God and to desire to know God more deeply. He was an altar boy at his local parish growing up. Everyone in their family was Catholic. In fact, Ray even had an aunt who commited her life to serve as a nun at the young age of 13 and remained faithful to her vow until she passed away at an old age. Ray's parents grew up as childhood sweethearts. When Ray's father enlisted to the US Airforce, he also proposed & his parents soon after were married. Within a couple of years later Ray was born. Unfortunately, Ray's father had an addiction to alcohol and it got the best of him. Ray's parents were divorced after being married 13 years. That had quite an impact on Ray who was in the 3rd grade at the time. Not seeing his father consistantly had a negative impact, even though Ray's paternal grandfather saw him daily and as Ray played sports in school, his coaches played a strong father figure in his life. Ray has a popular message called "A Tale of Two Father's", comparing the emptiness which so many people in the world experience without a father in the home in contrast with a consistant, dependable & loving Father in Heaven.
As a freshman in college, he heard messages from several anointed men & women of God on Christian radio & TV, some being Billy Graham, Dr John Osteen & Evangelist Ben Kinchlow on The 700 Club. Ray’s background taught him the importance of good works, and the more he studied the Bible, he learned that salvation itself is a gift purchased through Jesus’ ultimate good work of giving His life for ours.
God gives us gifts and talents to be used for Him… During this same time in Ray’s life, while a fulltime college student, he pursued the dream he had since a child to act in TV commercials. Ray signed with the top talent & modeling agencies in Detroit, soon attaining a Screen Actor's Guild union status, while becoming one of the more recognized "talents" in the Detroit market for local TV commercials, print modeling, industrial training films & fashion shows. He also started doing voiceovers, narrating radio commercials and auditioning for roles in Hollywood films as casting agents would travel to major US cities looking to discover new talent. Ray became a bold Christian, never compromising his newfound faith. Ray shared the Gospel in all of these unique settings, where he always looked for & found people who were hungry to hear about the Lord. Ray ministered to & led many people to Christ, praying for fellow actors, models, photographers, celebrities & talent agents. Some of these people are still in that business & friends of Ray to this day. Ray has a message that was designed for Teens & Single's, but it applies to everyone: "How to Live For God in An UnGodly World." The short answer is to seek after God with all of our heart and to serve Him wherever we are planted. If we stay filled with the Holy Spirit we will be one of the best at whatever we do. This is when life gets real interesting because then we experience the "Great Adventure" of being used by God to serve others in His name. When we are confident in who we are in Christ, people start asking questions.

When you are Desperate For Answers: Fast & Pray! Ray knew in order to keep advancing in God’s purpose for his life, a move was necessary. As he sensed in his heart, the choices were to move on to a larger city for his career, such as Chicago or LA…OR relocate to the “Bible Belt” of America (Oklahoma or Texas) to attend Bible school / Bible College. So, in the fall of 1987, at 22 years old, Ray traveled to Texas to attend a 1-week long prayer conference organized by a leading international ministry. After approximately 1-year of earnestly seeking God re: the “next steps” for his life, Ray received the clear call to the 5-fold ministry. One evening in the services Ray received a dramatic, directive for his future. In a word-for-word answer from God, Ray’s questions to the Lord in prayer earlier that day in his hotel room were answered as the main speaker gave a prophetic word. The minister couldn't have been any closer to Ray without standing on his toes, as Ray was seated on the front row for this special service. With that clarity, Ray flew back home to the metro Detroit suburb where he grew up all of his life, knowing he was called to begin his studies for the ministry. In 3 1/2 months, Ray was relocated to Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW).
While in DFW he was emplyed by (2) well known evangelistic ministries, he also studied under several others... learning about the ministry from seasoned ministers. In these (2) key ministries he served in the Prayer and TV departments. After several years of ministry training, and without Ray formally applying for the positions, he became the TV host for each organization. At 27-yrs of age, One position had him as a daily, LIVE morning TV host on a full-power station which reached the entire 32-mile breadth from Dallas to Forth Worth (thus coined the DFW metroplex), and all of it's surrounding suburbs (ranked as the #5 market in the US). Ray co-anchoring, and sometimes solo anchored the entire 3-hour TV show with guests, newscasts at the top of each hour and most importantly spontaneous and flexible communication to the viewers as the Holy Spirit so led Ray.
Later at another ministry, Ray became the Daily international TV host for a leading TV ministry, on a program which was based in the UK and reached all of Western Europe.
With that ministry team, another separate version of the same TV program was broadcast in Farsi and Russian with Ray's voice simultaneously being heard in English. This program fed multi language dialogue to the viewer, so as they listened to various languages of their choice, they could learn a new language... and the Way of Christ. These programs were produced to reach the former republics of the USSR, most of the cities bordering Muslim cities who had never heard the Gospel message. In all, there was a daily potential viewing audience of over 100 million households.
Ray has since helped numerous TV and radio ministries by providing consultation, scriptwriting, producing TV & Radio commercials and providing voice-over narrations for their programs and projects.

Ray preached his 1st sermon in the late 80’s one very special Sunday night at his home church, and that has been his passion ever since. He’s practiced the wisdom an old preacher once gave to aspiring younger preachers: “Before you go preach, READ yourself full, then PRAY yourself hot, then GO out there and preach it out”.
Ray has always been a hungry student of God's Word & a person given to prayer. Over the years he's amassed quite a library that he says is more valuable than a 4-wheeler, boat or some other way he could have spent his money as he built his collection 1 book, video, audio series at a time...
He explains it this way: “If given the option of what I’d rather do, I love to spend time in God’s Word and prayer. That can be by myself or with others. To me that is more satisfying than sitting on the front row of any professional sports arena or show of some kind”. We know it certainly has eternal results!
Additional Areas of experience and service: Ray has served on the board of several non-profit organizations, functions as one of the overseer’s for a congregation in his childhood hometown, served for 5 years as the NW Texas regional director for the organization he originally received his ministerial licensing and later ordination. He ministered to the Children in his local church with his wife for several years, has been a youth minister on (2) occasions, been a contributing author with an award winning writer, served as co-editor to a Discipleship program, administrator for a national evangelistic organization, executive director for a missions organization, executive pastor for a church he helped to launch, and as noted above, serves as the principal/administrator and PR rep for a private, K-12 Christian academy his family started in 2015.

His ministry uniquely has him ministering to Children, Teens and Adults on a weekly basis.
