Dear Friends,
As the passage above reflects, Mary & Joseph walked in obedience to God’s plan for their lives despite their lack of experience, yet having clearly receiving God's direction through the angels that spoke to them. Their call: to steward the birth and development of Jesus, preparing Him to one day deliver mankind from our sins and separation from God. Are you, like Mary & Joseph aware that you steward the only Jesus some people may encounter?
Today, we too have a call to bring a relevant & very much ALIVE Jesus into our circle of influence: in our home, to our extended family, professional world & communities. That is WHY we are here: rather than going to Heaven when we accept Christ, we are to bring Heaven to those we have influence, while we have the opportunity. I am charged daily with these words from Jesus:
"We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent us. The night is coming, and then no one can work." (John 9:4 NLT)
Most of you, like myself are strong, conservative Christians who are patriotic toward the America our Founding Fathers fought to provide for us. After this last presidential election, I see that we have been blessed with a sliver of time to make the most of this freedom we enjoy, but as Ronald Reagan once said:
"Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same".
it's up to us to steward the spiritual and religious freedom we enjoy as Christians and as Americans. My pastor, Steve Riggle, founder of Grace Woodlands, summed it up this way: "...the outcome of this election gave us OPPORTUNITY, and now it's up to us what we do (with the grace God has given us)".
The book I wrote and released on July 4th, 2023, MY SACRED FREEDOM, a FREE book, which is a collection of Bible verses and quotes from our Founding Fathers about their faith and respect for the Scriptures. It's also a collection of key American founding documents, decrees and court decisions, all pointing us to the responsibility to LIVE what we say we know & believe, and as a result to RAISE-UP the next generation, empowering & charging them to do the same, lest like the Children of Israel, we would go around in circles - around the very blessings we as passionately pursuing Christians – we are all called to enter & occupy.
Thank you for helping us to occupy and reach this world. In addition to Ray Lacelle Ministries, Inc our CELEBRATING 30 Years as a nonprofit ministry, we are also CELEBRATING our 10th Anniversary this year as a private, K-12, Christian School in Kingwood, TX. We have ministered daily for the past decade to students, their parents and grandparents. Tiffany is a co-fonder / co-director & teacher. Ray too is a co-founder, co-director, teacher,business director, administrator, principal, chaplain, and armed security guard protecting our students and staff. Ray provides Biblical counseling to parents, has officiated their weddings, funerals, and water baptisms. Over 30% of individuals who once attended church prior to the pandemic, have never returned to church since.
MENTORING TO MANHOOD - Ray has a weekly discipleship program for the Jr High & High School young men in our Christian academy. We also have students from other schools and those who are homeschooled to visit for these weekly sessions.
QUARTERLY MEN"S GATHERING - On a quarterly basis, Ray gathers these same teens & extends the invite to young men in college & all of their fathers, grandfathers & father figures. They gather for a great meal, prayer / Bible study & often some type of activity, such as bowling, shooting guns, throwing axes, etc...
SATURDAY Live RADIO PROGRAM - Every Saturday Ray hosts a radio program to teach and lead the audience in experiencing a more fulfilling PRAYER life. Ray can be heard in over 180 nations on the www.BPNRadio.com network - Channel 1 (9:00-9:30am CST).
SATURDAY Facebook LIVE Video Stream - Ray simultaneously leads & teaches on PRAYER for a congregation in his childhood hometown community on a LIVE video while he's doing the same teaching as described above on the radio.
SUNDAY Morning GUEST Ministry - Ray is a frequent guest minister who speaks at churches in Houston, throughout Texas and beyond when the Lord opens the doors. He prefers ministry in his region, so his wife, Tiffany and their daughters are able to join him, as they often minister in music. Ray's daugthers are prayed-up, anointed worship leaders and song writers.
Ray has declined accepting career opportunities that would provide great stability financially and benefits for their family, but he is committed to his calling from God. The Lacelle's are ALL-IN to the ministry God has called them to. They could not do this without the faithful support of friends and partners who support what they are doing.
